Belladonna and Malocchio gathers a batallion on a carrier and head for the holyland. As the three evil factions of the world collide, Belladonna, under the rule of His Dark Majesty, finds herself warring for the control of the Sword of Mana. What follows next depends on who is the main character of the story:

At the top of the highest balcony they see an unconscious Elliot lying next to His Dark Majesty, who reveals needing the young prince's body as a new vessel once his old one will fail to contain the Mana surge of energy once he absorbs the fabled [[Mana Sword]] and conquer the universe by fusing [[Mavolia]] with the world of [[Fa'Diel]]. He is stopped by the [[Mana Goddess]] and decides to go to the [[Sanctuary of Mana (Trials of Mana)|Sanctuary]] to slay her. The party follows him to the holyland and defeat him, bringing peace back to Fa'Diel.

| During Riesz's epilogue, Elliot is back in Laurent, telling Riesz he's had a dream of his mother and father looking so happy. They also told the young prince to return to the citadel and bring prosperity to the kingdom. Another scene depicts Riesz praying to her parents, vowing to work together with Elliot to bring Laurent back to what is was before. A last one shows Riesz and Elliot meeting with [[Flammie (Trials of Mana)|Flammie]].
