| David, a Pirate Penguin in Madora Beach is in a pickle, as her girlfriend Valerie wants him to leave his crewmates for her love. He needs to depart soon and complains there's no freedrom for a deckhand like him. The girl feels that she's made a mistake falling in love with a pirate. She diverts her attention to a horde of crabs prancing on the sand. She suddenly needs to confess something to David, but tells him that he should get going while she hatch her egg herself. The pirate is in a state of shock after learning this and decices to go after her. The protagonist follows the couple into Sunrise Caverns, but get ambushed by a giant crab he must defeat. After taking care of the oversized crustacean, the main character catches up to the penguin couple, while David states that he'll never gonna leave her side anymore. Valerie tries to get him go back to his ship, but David insists that he wants to be with her. The lady objects by saying that she wants him to tell him all his adventures on the sea and bring her back sea monster treasure. The male penguin inquires about her wanting to lay an egg, but she replies by saying she was talking about the future. Their conversation ends with him telling he won't come back until he becomes captain and have a hundren penguins under his wing. After he's gone, valerie confesses to the protagonist that she don't think she can live with a pirate and that she'll hatch the egg herself. She gives a nugget of Ishe Platinum to the main character as thanks.
