While at his/her house, the protagonist gets wind by Pelican of a pumpkin invasion in west Domina. The lady bird suspects that a malicious mage is behind this incident and is afraid of not being able to do her job properly. The hero decides to  investigate and heads to the city. The protagonist finally meet with the perpetrators in a pumpkin field, who a revealed to be two forest children. Bud, the male twin, is ecstatic from his own power and tries to sell his world domination fantasies to her more reasonable sister Lisa, who is having none of it. In order to stop Bud from causing mayhem, our hero fights the duo, eventually earning their respect. Impressed by the protagonist's strength, the young male sorcerer begs him/her to make him his/her apprentice. Should the hero accept, the twin mages would head on to live in the protagonist's house.
