General Information
History
Physical Description
Secret of Mana
Death Floras hide their mouth with their large pink petals rolled up like an unopened flower bud. Once they see an opportunity to strike, they swiftly open them to gnaw at their opponent and uproot themselves to allow greater mobility. The flower monster had multiple redesigns over the years. In Final Fantasy Adventure and Secret of Mana, the Lullabud has a small yellow mouth at the center of its large pink petals. In Legend of Mana, the mouth has fused into a single petal, producing a more bulb-like appearance. In Sword of Mana, Children of Mana and other re-releases, the Death Flora has a more accentuated mouth with shorter red petals around it. Its final design is a cross between its original and the latter one.

Attributes
The Lullabud thrives in multiple biomes, but need a water source and plenty of sunshine for its subsistance. It is commonly encountered in forests, water banks, open fields, marshes, etc.

Death Floras harvest their energy from the soil and sunlight and therefore are often resistant against Dryad & Wisp magic. Conversely, they fear Salamander, Aura or Luna, and Shade spells.

Variants
Lullabuds have a few other species sharing similar traits with them.

*Trap Flowers are blue to purple variants that often live in colder climates.

*The Dark Death Flora is a souped-up version of the regular enemy in Sword of Mana. As with any other Dark enemies, it only shows up once the player has defeated 1,000 Death Floras.
