The ''Item Seed'' is a consumable item in ''[[Trials of Mana]]''. It can be considered the lowest-tiered seed in both the 2D & 3D versions of the game as it yields common restorative items when planted in the [[Magic Pot]] (2D version) or has a low chance of yielding rare items in the HD remake.

Like all seeds, its other use is to recover a set amount of health to all party members.
