The Item Seed is a consumable item in Trials of Mana. It can be considered the lowest-tiered seed in both the 2D & 3D versions of the game as it yields common restorative items when planted in the Magic Pot (2D version) or has a low chance of yielding rare items in the HD remake.
Like all seeds, its other use is to recover a set amount of health to all party members.
