The ''Rainbow Item Seed'' is a consumable item exclusive to ''[[Trials of Mana (remake)|Trials of Mana HD]]''. It has the highest chance of yielding a rare item, including the strongest equipment for [[Character class|class]]-3 & 4. Its rarity makes it impossible to get it through shops, sparkles, urns, or even chests. Players can only collect it by defeating certain end-game enemies.

Like all seeds, its other use is to recover a set amount of health to all party members.
