The blurb describes a scene from a quest called Niccolo's Business Unusual in Legend of Mana. Niccolo, the travelling merchant asks for Shiloh or Serafina's help to cross Luon Highway but needs to make a quick stop at Teapo's beforehand. Here he tries to swindle the anthropomorphic teapot into buying a wooden wheel for 50,000 lucre.
