Adventure Log sub-menu

The Adventure Log, also known as a diary, encyclopedia, or notebook, is a semi-recurring feature in the Mana series. As implied by name, the feature maintains a detailed account of the player's progress and activities in the game world. It is often paired with the Notebook, which in turn contains information about game mechanics.

History

Legend of Mana

The Cactus Diaries is Li'l Cactus's personal journal that records every completed quest should the player talk to him after every quest.

Sword of Mana

The Li'l Cactus's Diary is filled by Li'l Cactus located in the Hot House after meeting certain checkpoints during the story or completing quests.

Heroes of Mana

The Record section of the Notebook is dedicated to story progression and automatically records a completed chapter's summary.

Secret of Mana HD

The Game Log automatically tracks and updates the player's current story segment. It is accessible through the edit ring command.

Trials of Mana HD

The Adventure Log automatically records story progression, new characters, and gameplay elements. It is accessible by accessing the main menu.
