Elements are the natural forces present in every world of the Mana series, from which spiritual and magical energy can be drawn so as to focus both into executing spells and other moves.

Associated with heat, flame, explosives, and lava.

  • Salamander is its corresponding Mana Spirit.
  • Fire typically opposes Water/Ice element, as fire magic will be effective against water enemies and fire foes will be weak against water.
  • Some monster types, such as Demi-human, reptiles, and dragon can cast fire elemental magic and are resistant against it.
  • The Burn status effect is frequently associated with fire magic.
  • Red and Orange colors are usually paired with fire.
  • In some games where days of the weeks are paired with an elemental, Salamander day usually strengthens fire magic and decreases water damage.
