A Nitwit is a monster found throughout the world of Echoes of Mana. They are black goblin-like creatures with long ears.
Though not yet revealed how the nitwit came to exist, it is believed that they are not part of the natural order as overseen by the Mana Goddess and are among those beings responsible for the chaos threatening to destroy the world. Quilto/Quilta and Baashear are surprised by a group of the beasts before Duffle and Honeycomb join them in battle.
