Grim Mortifer DOM screenshot.png Great Tree (chapter 1) The guardian of the Great Tree residing in the Graveyard. He confronts Keldric and Ritzia as they get closer to the petrified Holy Tree, warning them not to awaken the Echoes. It will try to claw at Keldy and ram toward him in a straight line. One can exploit this behavior by letting it crash into a wall, putting it into a temporary state of panic. It can also be flipped over for extra damage. The Grim Mortifer will sometimes burrow into the ground and attempt to emerge below Keldy.

Grim Treant DOM screenshot.png Wonderwood The benevolent Treant has been coorupted by the Echoes inside him reacting to the presence of the Ritzia, the Mana Maiden. He becomes engulfed by Thanatos, turning into an evil version of himself and starts attacking the party. His main way of dealing damage to swing his many roots to hurt Keldy. He can also generate Grim Rabites to distract the hero during battle. The pumpkin bombs he's dropping can be latched on and thrown at him to set him or his tendrils on fire, opening its weak point, crystals inside his mouth.

Wyvern DOM screenshot.png Mortmont Keldric and Faye are attacked by one of the Lorimarian Army's Wyvern minutes after reaching Gaia's peak. The hero will be assisted by Gaia who will attempt to crush the dragon with his fists and cause rocks to fall. Boulders will also deal damage to Keldric, however, and the Wyvern will counterattack after being shortly stunned. The creature with breath fire while in the air causing Keldric to burn. The dragon may also send showwaves by violent flapping its wings together. The best way to deplete its hit points is to wait for the Wyvern to be on the ground.

Stroud Boss DOM screenshot.png Imperial Flagship As Keldric and Ritzia reach the Imperial Flagship's upper deck, they are ambushed by none other than Stroud who were waiting for them to show up. The King of Lorimar will guard if striken repeatedly with Keldric's sword and must be panicked in order for him to make an opening. He can in turn swing his sword in multiple ways and throw exploding orbs at the protagonist. Another move performed by Stroud is to leap high, then thrust his sword when falling down. He will start moving more quickly at attacking more frequently after sustaining enough damage.

Grim Lekius DOM screenshot.png Jadd Castle Keldric meets with his old friend Lekius in the hanging gardens of Jadd Castle. The surge of Thanatos instigated by the Door to Mavolia's opening turned him into a Grimslie and he attempts to convince Keldy to join him and become one, too. The hero rejects the proposal, leaving Lekius no choice but to persuade him otherwise. The corrupted archer will move around really fast around the arena and attempt to strike Keldric with his arrows. He may also scatter elemental orbs around as traps to temporarily stun the protagonist. If panicked he will quickly try to shake it off and erect a barrier around him to protect himself.

Masked Guru DOM screenshot.png Beacon Tower The Masked Guru greets Keldric atop the Beacon Tower as the lad attempts to light it to rally the various nations of the world to reclaim Illusia Isle. The Guru can swtich between different elemental attribute to attack Keldy, some of them inflicting status ailments such as poison or burning. He will also protect himself by erecting elemental barriers around him. Coupled with his habit of flying all over the place and a humongous battlefield and this may prove to be a long and difficult fight. He will start fencing more aggressively once his health plummets low enough.

Grim Golem Generalissimo DOM screenshot.png Great Tree (chapter 7) Keldric tries to infiltrate the Great Tree's cavern in hopes of reaching Stroud's lair by climbing his way in. However, he must defeat one of Lorimar's greatest general, Grim Golem Generalissimo. Armed with a giant tank, the weapon's bullets are able to pass through solid matter and will hit Keldy even if well hidden. He frequently lobs bombs at him, but they can also by thrown back for extra damage. Another attack consists of shooting a single large bomb that will deplete the hero's hit points by a lot and will knock him backward. Finally, he can ram into the protagonist using the whole tank.

Nethermanse King Stroud awaits the hero in his throne room. He gloats before Keldric as he slays Anise in one quick thrust as the battle starts. Stroud will use Salamander and Undine magic while swinging his sword, with a chance of setting Keldy on fire or turning him into a snowman. He is easy to panic, fortunately, and does not have significant hit points. The second phase is much more difficult, as Stroud's strength and speed will spike. He can either throw tornadoes, create a vortex that will pull Keldy in, etch a magical sigil below the hero and explode after a while, or summon circling orbs that inflict status ailments.

Medusa Final Boss DOM screenshot.png Nethermanse Keldric has no other choice but to slay the root of evil that took possession of his friend Ritzia, even if this means killing her in the process. Medusa is aided by two elemtental serpents during the final battle. One will spout fire and the other one breathes ice. Both will attempt to stall Keldric by inflict status effects while Medusa summons Wraiths and various rubble to injure the hero. Incapacitating the two snakes if how she becomes vulnerable for while and is the key to victory. As soon as the battle ends, Anise is reunited with Granz and Keldric fuses its Seed with the Spirit Child and Ritzia to create the new Mana Goddess to restore the world to its former glory.
