Sea Hare's Tail is a key item in Secret of Mana.
Secret of Mana[edit]
A sea hare's tail is given by the merchant on Turtle Shell Isle given their abundance. It can be then traded for the Moogle Belt to King Amar III in Kakkara as thanks for filling the oasis up.
