Sproutlings are a race of beings in the Mana multiverse. Little is known of these humanoids with traits of plants and sprites since their introduction in Legend of Mana.
Background[edit]
Fusions of sprite and sapling, these woodland dwellers are not unlike faeries in that they are closely connected to the Tree of Mana through its many sacred gifts, and may even become the holy arbor itself. As most plants, they require pure water to sustain themselves and their kin. They live in communal clusters from which one may emerge as the Chosen, in turn part of the sacred flow of mana power. As they mature, sproutlings may grow into flowerlings.

Visions of Mana[edit]
Sproutlings are concentrated in woodland areas such as the village of Verdeus Borough. Julei serves as his people's custodian, tasked with such duties as watering them.
