“The vast plain beyond the Rime Falls is known as Fallow Steppe. The fields are lush with grasses, making it perfect for raising livestock. In addition to shrubs, Fallow Steppe also has copses of a wide variety of trees. It’s easy to get lost, so make use of pikuls when possible. Morley’s teacher, Meelpa, has a ranch in the steppe where he raises pikuls. Though they are tame, their size still startles many a traveling tradesperson.”

Fallow Steppe is a field in Visions of Mana. It is an expansive flatland teeming with diverse wildlife that extends to the northern strech of the Trynia continent. It starts with higher elevation inland toward the Rime Falls and gently slopes down all the way to the seafaring town of Rhata Harbor. The steppes are home to the Ancient Ruins of Fallow Steppe its northeastern side and is also the home of Meelpa, Morley's mentor. Littered across the lower plains are mysterious stone monuments hailing from a bygone age.
