A Force to Bee Reckoned With is a side quest in Visions of Mana. It is available as soon as chapter 1 after entering Rhata Harbor.

"Beelancer activity has increased as of late, with this year seeing a sudden surge of serious injuries due to their attacks. A swarm of Beelancers has been seen buzzing around Fallow Steppe. Head over there and take the sting out of their tails."
