The Sunken Continent is a location in Secret of Mana. It's a vast, mostly undersea continent with only a tiny track of land emerged.

Secret of Mana[edit]

The Sunken Continent is a tiny island which houses the entrance to the Mana Palace.

Upon the breaking of the final Mana Seed seal, the Sunken Continent's surface area becomes exponentially greater as it rises out of the ocean to reveal the Grand Palace and the sunken ruins of a lost civilization.

After the Mana Fortress is finally launched, the rest of the continent sinks back into the ocean and returning to its former state. Jemma and the resistance fighters will hang around the area providing hints to the player, and Neko will appear on the far side of the continent selling the highest armor of the endgame.
