Northtown is a location in Secret of Mana. It's the Empire's capital and most populated city, secretly home to the Resistance. It's connected to Southtown Sewers via the Resistance headquarter, the Imperial Palace to the northwest, and the Northtown Ruins to the northeast. It costs 120 GP to stay at the inn.
The party emerges from Southtown Sewers to this busling city and meets the Resistance.
