Quilto and Quilta are the player's default playable unit in Echoes of Mana. They were first officially revealed February 6, 2022 (UTC) and February 9, 2022 (UTC) respectively on Echoes of Mana's official Twitter account.
Upon starting a new game, the player is given the choice of either Quilto or Quilta as their representative character (avatar) and hero of the story. The twin not picked becomes a supporting character throughout the core story.
