The class-change item for Riesz to access class 4, the Kind Sphere is exclusive to the HD remake and can be obtained by defeating the Queeneeb in Heavensway after talking to Grand Croix post-game. The key item must be in the party's possession to activate the Meteorite or Brynhildr class selection in Class 4.
It has no outside effect like any other Class 4 items.

The Kind Sphere takes the shape of a smooth green sphere circled by a golden casing, resembling an ornate pin or trinket. The sphere color may be a nod to Riesz's initial Amazon costume.
