The Strength Serum is a recurring stat-boosting item in the Mana series.

Trials of Mana HD[edit]
Exclusive to the 3D version, consuming one increases the strength stat of the user permanently by 1 point. There is a fixed limit of obtainable serums and elixirs of 10 for each type.
Stat bonuses carry on new game plus. Consequently, it is highly speculated but not proven that permanent stat-boosting items stop spawning after reaching their limit cap (10 each).
After using 10 of this item on a single character, it no longer provides its stat boost to that character. This can be confirmed by adding more than ten of the item through means such as memory address and save editing.

Echoes of Mana[edit]
The Strength Serum was one of the stat boosts available for use by all units. It permanently raised a unit's base STR by 1 point, up to a predetermined maximum value per unit, excluding augment units.
