The Spirit Serum is a recurring stat-boosting item in the Mana series.

Trials of Mana HD[edit]
Exclusive to the 3D version, consuming one increases the intellect stat of the user permanently by 1 point. There is a fixed limit of obtainable serums and elixirs of 10 for each type.
Stat bonuses carry on new game plus. Consequently, it is highly speculated but not proven that permanent stat-boosting items stop spawning after reaching their limit cap (10 each).
