Background
Motis are generic male shopkeepers showing in traditional Sikh attire. They are notable for dancing vigorously at their counter.
History
Final Fantasy Adventure
Shopkeepers are seen tending various shops throughout the land, although some are owned by wolf creatures. Most inns are also owned by them.
Secret of Mana
Most shops and inns in Secret of Mana are owned by turban-wearing men who provide the same role as the previous installments. King Amar III from the kingdom of Kakkara is depicted as such, taking offense when the party assumes his role as a merchant.
Trials of Mana
Shopkeepers act the same as before, selling wares and providing a place to stay at inns. In the Nevarlan region, they have a much darker complexion. However, their 3D model in the remake stays the same wherever.
