A collab (from collaboration) is a gaming event, usually interactive or online, that links two or more works together through the sharing and distribution of content by all parties involved. Most collabs involve the sharing of characters, items, or other types of downloadable content. including unique stories (crossovers) written for the host title, the guest title, or both in synchrony.
This article lists collabs involving the Mana series. Although the franchise has yet to host a collab outside of Japan, it has been a guest in dozens of Japan-exclusive and global works.

Final Fantasy Brave Exvius[edit]
Developed in collaboration with Singapore game house Gumi, creators of Brave Frontier, Final Fantasy Brave Exvius was a general-purpose mission-focused beat-em-up JRPG set in the fantasy world of Lapis, a world of crystals, visions, swords, sorcery, and endless political intrigue. Players follow three young heroes with the uncanny ability to summon warriors of the past, present, and even distant universes to aid them in their quest to bring order and peace back to their world.
Active in Japan from October 2015 to the present, Brave Exvius exited the global market October 30, 2024 due to general fatigue.

Final Fantasy Record Keeper[edit]
Developed in collaboration with DeNA Games (previously known as Mobage), Final Fantasy Record Keeper was a pick-up-and-play JRPG in which players fought abridged battles in the Final Fantasy universe under the pretense of restoring corrupted records of game events. Presented in pixel art with retro Active Time Battle and Limit Break mechanics, players took on the role of apprentice historian Tyro as he and a cast of more than 150 warriors joined forces to restore history's proper course.
While the game launched in Japan circa December 2014 and remains active for the time being, it also ran internationally from March 2015 to September 2022, exiting the global market due to player fatigue. The Japanese version featured several regional exclusive events based on popular games and services.

Heavenstrike Rivals[edit]
Heavenstrike Rivals was a grid-based tactical RPG from Square Enix and UK studio Mediatonic, Ltd., set in a world of skybound islands connected by massive chains. Players could assemble teams of specialized units to battle demon hordes and other players to defend the realm of Lunnain. It ran from late 2014 to mid-2018 and was notable for working with both Final Fantasy and Mana with art from Ryōma Itō.

War of the Visions: Final Fantasy Brave Exvius[edit]
This tactical prequel to Final Fantasy Brave Exvius initially released in Japan circa November 2019 and advanced to Global users in March 2020, running for a combined 5-1/2 years in both regions before shuttering the Global portion in March of 2025 due to eroding player support. The story is one of a grand war for control of the lost continent of Ardra in a time before the broader world of Lapis was known.
In late 2024, the game launched a collaboration with Trials of Mana that lasted one month, featuring a side story involving Angela and Duran against the Crimson Wizard after the three stumble into a dimensional rift. As the red-cloaked mage seeks a new kind of power, sorceress and knight join forces with the WotV cast to stop their escaped archenemy.
All three were obtainable as units during the collaboration period, in tandem with several commemorative Vision Cards drawn exclusively for the event.
