An Unforgettable Taste is a side quest in Visions of Mana. It is available at as soon as reaching Longren during chapter 1.

"Needlebeak meat is known for being irresistibly juicy and flavorsome. At least according to Suvaru… And now he has the cravings for grilled Needlebeak leg meat. See if you can hunt down some meat for him."

"Suvaru flashed you a broad smile when you delivered the meat to him. As you left him to attend to the grill, the aromas of crisping Needlebeak meat began to tickle your nostrils. Should you have stayed for a taste? Would Suvaru even have let you try some?"

Solution[edit]

Locate and down Needlebeaks in early areas of the game to fetch the prized drummies, then hand them off to the requestor, who is nor far from the vale entrance.
