Quill Pro Quo is a side quest in Visions of Mana. It is available after defeating Tor Marne in Castle Cresceno during chapter 7.

Assassinant quill pen was less than satisfactory…perhaps to nobody’s surprise. For his final attempt at making a quill pen from unusual materials, he asks you to get him some Siren plumes."
