Feelings Bottled Up 3 is a side quest in Visions of Mana. It is available after reaching Log'grattzo during chapter 5.

"The young scribe Kiuna has written inspirational quotes onto wish-granting parchment, but the wind scatters them all over before she can insert them into the bottle that had washed ashore. The papers should still be in Log’grattzo. See if you can recover them all."

Solution[edit]
The target item is in the center of a flower field near a windmill. Grab it and return to the requestor in Longren.
