Hillside Hoodlums is a side quest in Visions of Mana. It is available after entering Ledgas Bay during chapter 2.

"A horde of Quilted Hoods have taken over an area of Pritta Ridge and are terrorizing innocent passersby and traveling merchants. Their nest should be near the waterside at Pritta Ridge. Head over there and eliminate them."
