Vicarious Tourism is a side quest in Visions of Mana. It is available after defeating Vaulchibel in Dorpher Volcano and join Aesh during chapter 7.

"Khoda wishes to know how his former homeland, the modern-day Tianeea, has been faring, centuries after he left it. Go to the Village of Fire and find some typical Tianeean food, everyday items, and artisanry to take back to Khoda and show how much life has changed."

This helped Khoda to recall memories from his youth and he compared his ancient experiences to the modern Tianeean lifestyle.
