Draconic Dealings is a side quest in Visions of Mana. It is available as soon as chapter 1 after completing the tutorial side quest Where Are You, Shiriu?.

"You meet a jeweler who is willing to barter some items with you in exchange for dracocrysts. Go and obtain three different dracocrysts: one from a Frost Dragon, one from a Kid Dragon, and one from a Kid Drakonis."

"You showed the jeweler the dracocrysts you managed to collect, and he eagerly exchanged them for other goods. He jokingly mentioned that you and the team should consider a career in dracocryst collecting, but he knew your duties lay elsewhere."
