Amour for Armor is a side quest in Visions of Mana. It is available after defeating Tor Marne during chapter 7.

"Dark Knight armor is purported to be extremely resilient when exposed to the elements, and Nogrei is determined to find out the secret behind what makes it so robust. Find some Dark Knight plates for him to examine."

"Soon after you gave Nogrei the pieces of armor plate, he began behaving strangely, as though he had been put under a spell… Though he managed to snap himself out of it, he still seemed determined to investigate the armor despite the obvious risks. He promised to take care not to succumb to the magic again, but nothing is guaranteed when it comes to enchanted artifacts… Best leave this one in the hands of an expert like Nogrei."
