Traces of the Ancients is a side quest in Visions of Mana. It is available at the start of chapter 4.

"A historian named Fuyeu tells you of eight ruins that are purported to exist. The ruins are dangerous and inhabited by fearsome monsters. Not being much of a fighter himself, he asks you to find them in his stead. See if you can locate all eight ruins."

Solution[edit]
Locate all eight Ancient Ruins scattered around the world. The party will not need to enter these ruins, but simply approach them. Report back when ready to unlock a future Quest.
