Words on the Wind is a side quest in Visions of Mana. It is available when first visiting Tsaata during chapter 4.

"You meet Miss Morae, a materials trader, in Tsaata. She wants to make a protective talisman for her husband now that monster activity has been on the rise, but she needs a pair of feathers. Head over to the Gamurda Mines to hunt some Pricklebeaks and pick up their feathers."

"When the Goddess gave Khoda the feather talisman, it was the beginning of a tradition that would spread across the world. As you hold the feathers in your hand, they feel heavy with the hopes and dreams of every alm and soul guard that came before you. It is your mission to ensure their sacrifices were not in vain."
