Words on the Wind is a side quest in Visions of Mana. It is available when first visiting Tsaata during chapter 4.

"You meet Miss Morae, a materials trader, in Tsaata. She wants to make a protective talisman for her husband now that monster activity has been on the rise, but she needs a pair of feathers. Head over to the Gamurda Mines to hunt some Pricklebeaks and pick up their feathers."
