Broth of a Boy is a side quest in Visions of Mana. It is available at the start of chapter 5.

"Babarim is trying to acquire Mushgloom stems so he can make a broth for his father. He asks you to gather some of these stems, which are sometimes dropped after a Mushgloom is defeated. Head over to the Mylos backwoods and see if you can find some."
