Ramcoh's Roost is a side quest in Visions of Mana. It is available after defeating Besseroth in the Wind Sanctum during chapter 7.

"Careena has noticed something unusual in Ramcoh’s mood. She typically remedies this by preparing Ramcoh her favorite dish of wind-steamed sheeproccoli. Head to Mt. Gala and see if you can forage this vegetable for Ramcoh."

"Once you arrived at the Wind Sanctum, Ramcoh took you to her favorite spot in the whole area, eager to show it off to everyone. As a gentle, soothing breeze blew by, you enjoyed chatting about the time you first met Careena in the Vale of Wind, and reminisced about the events that took place that day."
Solution[edit]
For the first leg of this quest, search the first ascent of Mt. Gala for the rare veggie in question.
The second leg requires that the Wind Sanctum is cleared of its bosses. Bring the party to a location just below the summit to trigger a cutscene.
