Tending to the Attendants is a side quest in Visions of Mana. It is available after Palamina joins your party during chapter 2.

"Warver has entrusted you to deliver a message to the lighthouse attendant at Pritta Ridge. Head to the lighthouse and inform the attendant that his replacement will be late due to some nasty stomach pain."
