Lake Vicinity is a location and field area in Sword of Mana. It's attached to part of the picturesque region of Wendel at the world's southeast, it connected to the east by Gaia's Cave and to the west by Path to Lake. During the events of the Hero's story, the Airship landed on its westside for refuel.
Story[edit]
As the Hero[edit]
Continuing on his quest to rescue the Heroine from the Airship. Shortly after passing through Gaia Cave, the Hero arriving at the eastside of the lake where he finds a camp and Cibba waiting for him.
During a conversation, the Hero tells him that he criticized the dwarves for selling weapons to Granz, but on the other hand, he learned a valuable lesson that it's the person who shapes his own destiny not the weapon or mana the person uses.
Cibba will praise him, then he will tell that there was a problem aboard the airship, but will leave that to the Heroine. So, after a brief lesson about life and Mana, Cibba will join the Hero, and the two set out on their quest.
After crossing to the westside, the two arrive at the entrance to the Airship. There, the Hero defeats a Werewolf and receives the Knucks, soon after entering the ship it will leave immediately.
As the Heroine[edit]
Although it has no relevance to this story, later in the game, after gaining access to the cannons, the Heroine can visit the area, explore it and take its treasures.
