The Prickly Desert is a location and field area in Sword of Mana. It's part of the arid region of Menos-Jadd at the south central of the world, it has access to Menos through the west-south exit.

Story[edit]

As the Hero[edit]

After the Hero falls from the Airship, he is rescued by Amanda here and awakens in Menos.

Then, following the events at Menos and the brief reunion of the heroes, the Hero departs to Jadd to look for Amanda and the pendant. Eventually, he can access the area to explore it and get the treasures.

As the Heroine[edit]

After the Airship crashes into a hill near the Menos Outskirts, the Heroine awakens near Bogard. Locating where they are, she tells the Gemma Knight that they must rescue the Hero, who she is sure is alive. Soon, the two leave, and successively end up arriving at Menos.
