The Marsh Cave is is a location and dungeon in Sword of Mana. It's located in the greater Topple region at the north of the world and is connected to the Scaly Lair by the entrance to the west.
Story[edit]
After going to Vinquette Hall, the Hero and the Heroine receives the information about the water spirit living in this place that will help them on the journey to Wendel.
Entering the cave, they soon breaks the stone seal with Salamander's magic, who they freeds in Vinquette Hall, to form a bridge and allowing them to enter.
Further in, the main character receives the Flail after defeating Duck Gi, which helps them to grappe some rocks to transpose some obstacles.
At the bottom of the cave lake, the protagonists find the moon mirror artifact, which the Heroine suggests showing Isabella, but soon a monster appears and a battle begins.
After defeating the boss, Undine appears but she is weak, so the heroes go search pure water for her, leaving the cave.
