Words on the Wind is a side quest in Visions of Mana. It is available as soon as chapter 1 after completing the tutorial side quest Where Are You, Shiriu?.

"Warver has entrusted you to deliver a message to the lighthouse attendant at Pritta Ridge. Head to the lighthouse and inform the attendant that his replacement will be late due to some nasty stomach pain."
