Mushboom Forest is a location in Sword of Mana. It's part of the pictoresque region of Wendel at the world's southeast, is connected to the Town of Wendel to the southeast near a Hot House, the Dwarf Cave to the southwest and the Path to Mine to the north. The area is inaccessible until the end of the events in Wendel.

Story

As the Hero

After the Heroine is taken hostage by the Dark Lord in Wendel and the Hero receives the spirit of light Wisp, he must venture west to Gaia's Cave by passing through this forest.

As the Heroine

Although it has no relevance to this story, later in the game, after gaining access to the cannons, the Heroine can visit the area, explore it and take its treasures.

Enemies

Obstacles

  • River (Needs the Flail to cross)

Treasures

  • GummiFrog (From the entrance to the second scene, go up, then a little to the left and down)
  • Oblong Seed (Still in the second scenery, head northwest next to the river between the trees)
  • Small Seed (From the second scenery, go to the north exit and follow next to the river)
  • Angel Grail (In the same scene as the previous one, at the central part hidden by the trees)
  • Menos Bronze (Still in the same as before, head to the northeast part, it's well hidden among the trees.)
  • Angel Grail (From the second scenario, use the flail to cross to the other side of the river, go allway upstream and then go right, at a fork in the upper part)
  • Chocolump (In the scene where there is a lone central tree, go a little to the left and up, well hidden between the trees above where there is a single mushroom)
  • Flat Seed (From the lone central tree and head up to the next scene, this one next to the river.)
