History

Trials of Mana

Mik is an acolyte living in the Temple of Light since before the events of the main story. It is inferred that he became friends with Charlotte during this period. Though he has a bit of a mischievous streak, he is shown to be fearful of consequences incurred should the situation get out-of-hand.

Opening - Charlotte

Having been rebuffed by the temple guard in her efforts to follow Heath, Charlotte must find another way out of the temple without alerting them. She finds Mik in the second-floor dining hall and grills him to come up with a plan. Despite his initial reservations, Mik agrees to find help and asks Charlotte to return after nightfall. After taking a nap, Charlotte meets Mik on the balcony, who brings a Springstepper so that she can catapult away. Unfortunately, the creature has a mind of its own, and launches Charlotte deep into the Rabite Forest, where the half-elf cleric trainee lands on a passing adventurer and passes out from the impact of the landing. The adventurer escorts Charlotte to Astoria to recover, paying for her room at the inn before departing.

As Charlotte comes to the following day, she is livid at Mik for the Springstepper mishap, and declares that "he's toast when [she] get[s] back".

Mik can later be found in Chapter I onwards on the last floor of the Temple of Light and can grant Charlotte the Alleviate Chain Ability.

Circle of Mana

Mik makes a cameo appearance in the online game, along with several other characters from the Mana series. He appears in 4 sets of cards.
