	Duran	Valsena	"Duran is a proud young soldier from Valsena, Kingdom of the Plains. Though he comes across as hot-headed and ready for a fight, the whole kingdom acknowledges his skill with a blade. Duran has nothing but love for his kingdom and respect for the Hero King, a good friend of his departed father, Loki the Golden Knight."
	Angela	Altena	"Angela is the only daughter of the True Queen of Altena, the snow-covered kingdom of magicians. Because Angela's mother hardly spent any time with her as a child, the princess was prone to act out to get attention, wearing gaudy clothes and playing pranks on people in the castle. Despite this, her love for her mother runs deep. Angela never got the hang of casting magic spells, a problem that plagues her to this day."
	Kevin	Ferolia	"Kevin is heir to the throne of Ferolia. His father is the king of the beastmen, but his missing mother was a human woman. Kevin's father raised him to be a fighting machine, which affected his social skills. He is unused to conversing with humans, which can make him hard to understand at times. The ice around the young boy's heart only began to melt after making friends with Karl the wolf pup."
	Charlotte	Wendel	"Charlotte is the granddaughter of Wendel's Priest of Light. She looks much younger than she is thanks to the elfin blood in her veins. Perhaps because of this, she has always been coddled by the people who raised her in the temple. Charlotte's bright and outgoing personality can be both an asset and a hindrance. Though curious, she's superstitious and a bit of a scaredy-cat."
	Hawkeye	Nevarl Fortress	"Hawkeye hails from the desert fortress of Nevarl, home to a guild of noble thieves. He was raised as the orphaned ward of Flamekhan, the leader, together with Flamekhan's own children, Eagle and Jessica. Hawkeye comes across as a laid-back and charming young man, making it hard to tell when he's being serious. But at his core, Hawkeye is a fiercely loyal friend. Nothing gets past his honed senses and quick wit."
	Riesz	Citadel Laurent	"Riesz is the young princess of the mountainous kingdom of Laurent and captain of the renowned Amazon guard. She has a will of iron and down-to-earth manner. Though some might call her stubborn, Riesz is always there to lend a hand to those who need it. She lost her mother as a child and since then has tried to help raise her little brother Elliot. Her topmost priorities are her father, brother, and kingdom."
Duran's scenario
	Richard	Valsena	"The Hero King is the wise ruler who led Valsena, Kingdom of the Plains, to victory in the great war of the past. He trusted Duran's father, Loki, with his life."
	Stella	Valsena	Duran's aunt who to care of him and his younger Wendy when Duran's parents died. She gave Duran a bronze sword once held by Loki as a memento before he departed to seek an audience with the Priest of Light.
	Wendy	Valsena	Duran's younger sister. She was just an infant when both of her father Loki and mother Simone died.
	Loki	Valsena	"Duran's father, Loki, gained fame in Valsena as the Golden Knight. On a mission with the Hero King, he went missing after attempting to destroy the Dragon Lord."
	Simone	Valsena	Duran and Wendy's mother who passed way after succumbing to a sudden illness not long after her husband's disappearance.
	Bruiser	Valsena	A local swordsman and friendly rival to Duran during Valena's Sword Mastery Tournament.
Angela's scenario
	Valda	Altena	"Angela's mother and the absolute ruler of Altena, Kingdom of Magicians. She uses the magical mana abilities she was granted to keep the snows away from her kingdom."
	Victor	Altena	A citizen of Altena and friend of Angela. He's the one informing the princess on Her Majesty summoning her during her opening gambit.
	José	Altena	José is the court magic tutor in Altena who has trained many students in his long career. He is at a loss on how to make the princess behave during her lessons.
	Chirry	Alrant	A young girl from Alrant who found Angela unconscious in the middle of Frostbite Fields. With the help of her mother, she nursed the princess back to health.
Kevin's scenario
	Gauser	Ferolia	The King of Ferolia is the leader of the beastmen and father of Kevin. His awesome strength as a ruler inspired his people to invade human settlements to reclaim their place in the world.
	Karl	Duskmoon Forest	Karl the wolf pup was left behind when his mother was killed. When Kevin met Karl, he finally opened his heart to the world. By a cruel twist of fate, it was also his fight with the pup that awakened his beastman powers.
	Ludgar	Ferolia	Ludgar is one of Ferolia's strongest beastguards, and was made commander of the invasion force by the king. He seems to harbor deep hostility towards Kevin.
Charlotte's scenario
	Priest of Light	Wendel	"The Priest of Light is a revered figure in the world and Charlotte's grandfather. Many people come to Wendel to seek his wise guidance."
	Heath	Wendel	Heath is one of the most spiritually sensitive people at the temple and trusted by the Priest of Light.
	Mik	Wendel	An apprentice cleric of Wendel and firend of Charlotte. He helped her escape the Temple of Light with his Springstepper.
	Leron	Wendel	A cleric and the son of the Priest of Light. He fell in love with the elf Shela whom he had a daughter named Charlotte.
	Shela	Dior	The princess of the Elf kingdom of Dior who transgressed the law segregating humans and elves by falling in love with Leron.
Hawkeye's scenario
	Flamekhan	Nevarl Fortress	Current leader of Nevarl and Hawkeye's grandson. He found Isabella stranded in the Burning Sands and quickly fell into her mind control.
	Jessica	Nevarl Fortress	"Jessica is the daughter of Flamekhan, leader of the noble Nevarlan thieves, and sister of Eagle, Hawkeye's closest friend. She was cursed with the deadly Choker of Death by Isabella."
	Niccolo	Nevarl Fortress	"Niccolo thinks of Hawkeye as his trusted friend and brother in arms. Though most catfolk become traveling merchants, Niccolo chose to join the thieves of Nevarl instead."
	Eagle	Nevarl Fortress	"The prince of Nevarl and best friend of Hawkeye. His attempt to unmask Isabella's nefarious plan turned against him, ending up costing his life."
Riesz's scenario
	Joster	Citadel Laurent	The current blind ruler of the Wind Kingdom of Laurent. Had he listened to his premotition, he might had prevented Nevarl's invasion of Laurent and his own demise.
	Elliot	Citadel Laurent	"Elliot is the young prince of Laurent, Kingdom of Wind. Because his mother died when he was born, Elliot looks up to his older sister, Riesz, as a maternal figure."
TBA	Alma	Citadel Laurent	The chambermaid and nanny of Riesz and Elliot. She was very close to their parents.
	Liza	Citadel Laurent	A member of the Laurent Amazon army and one of the survivors of the Nevarlian invasion. In the aftermath of the attack, she disguises herself as a waitress in Palo pub to spy on Nevarl activity.
N/A	Minerva	Citadel Laurent	The late queen of Laurent and mother of Riesz and Elliot. She died giving birth to the prince.
Elemental Spirits
	Lumina	Cascade Cavern	The Light Elemental and first one to be encountered by the heroes. He was freed from the Fullmetal Hugger in Cascade Cavern.
	Gnome	Dwarf Tunnels	The Earth Elemental and second one to be encountered by the heroes. He has recently gone missing according to Watts.
	Sylphid	Gusthall	The Wind Elemental who was cursed by Darkshine Knight. He was a key figure in the Amazon guard retaking of Citadel Laurent.
	Shade	Ghost Ship	The Dark Elemental was forced to wander the seas aboard the Ghost Ship during an ancient conflict. The Darkstone's whereabouts are unknown.
	Undine	Labyrinth of Ice	The Water Elemental is said to be a bit overly emotional. She is found near the Waterstone near the entrance of the Labyrinth of Ice.
	Salamando	Fiery Gorge	The Fire Elemental joins the team after having a personal vendetta against Belladonna for activating his Firestone.
	Luna	Chartmoon Tower	The Moon Elemental transformed a wounded Ludgar into a baby so he could live as per Kevin's request. She seems to like flowers.
	Dryad	Lampbloom Woods	The Wood Elemental an the last one to join the party. She was being drained of her powers by Grapplavine.
Villains - Duran & Angela's Scenario
	Dragon Lord	Dragonsmaw	The sovereign leader of the Dragon Folk living on the Quon Contient. Duran's father Loki and him fell into a bottomless pit, sending them apparently both to their doom.
	Crimson Wizard	Altena	"As the True Queen's right-hand man, the Crimson Wizard orders the forces of Altena, the Kingdom of Magicians, to attack Valsena. He seeks to release the energy of the Mana Stones for an unknown, wicked purpose."
	Darkshine Knight	???	A mysterious knight clad in black armor working for the Dragon Lord whose main goal is to activate the Mana Stones.
Villains - Kevin & Charlotte's Scenario
	Masked Mage	???	A powerful sorcerer manipulating Goremand and the Beastmen from deep within Mirage Palace. Little else is known about him.
	Goremand	???	"Goremand dresses in a jester's tunic and wields a twisted scythe. He may seem playful, but he is no fool. After unexpectedly appearing in Kevin's home, the kingdom of Ferolia, Goremand gains favor with the king and pushes the beastmen to invade Wendel."
	Tainted Soul	Wendel	What remains of Heath after his soul was corrupted by Goremand. He noew remains faithful to the Masked Mage.
Villains - Hawkeye & Riesz's Scenario
	Prince of Mavolia	Dark Castle	The mastermind behind Belladonna and the nevarlan forces. He seems to hold a deep grudge against humanity who rejected him in the past.
	Belladonna	Mavolia	"Belladonna's monstrous beauty and enticing countenance bewitched Flamekhan, the leader of the Nevarlan thieves' guild. With the forces of Nevarl at her command, Belladonna sets out to claim Riesz's homeland of Laurent for the sake of her dark kingdom."
	Malocchio	Mavolia	Belladonna's right hand man and the one who bought Riesz's younger brother Elliot to a trader in the Night Market.
	Bil & Ben	Nevarl Fortress	Members of the Nevarl Nation and Hawkeye's friends. They were corrupted by Belladonna's magic to infiltrate the Laurent Citadel and kidnap Prince Elliot.
HD Remake
N/A	Grand Croix	???	A great magician and scholar who was trapped in a book in Valsena's royal library. He awoke when the Mana Goddess' presence was no longer felt.
N/A	Anise	Mavolia	An ancient sorceress known by many other names. Her ultimate goal is to use the power of Mavolia to obliterate the world of Fa'Diel.
Other Important NPCs
	Faerie	Sanctuary of Mana	Faerie ventures out of the sanctuary to warn Wendel's Priest of Light of the fading power of the Mana Tree. However, she collapses on the way, too weak to complete her journey alone. The hero finds her and they join forces.
N/A	Li'l Cactus	???	A shy cactus that likes to wander around the world. Finding it might be rewarding.
	Von Boyage	Maia	"Von Boyage is a self-proclaimed alchemist in a family of invention-enthusiasts. He loves cannon travel technology, often renaming his machines on a whim. He supports you through your journey."
	Watts	Dwarf Village	A blacksmith Dwarf holder of the Nytromite. He has recently gone into Dwarf Tunnels in search of Gnome.
	Domperi	Koropokkur Woods	The Great Sage Domperi is a master tactician who helped the Hero King of Valsena defeat Dragon Lord.
	Vuscav	Beuca Island	"The party first met this mysterious ruler of the seas on Beuca Island. Though he's usually wary of people, he's happy to help Faerie's host."
	Elfin Elder	Dior	The patriarch of Flowerburg Dior. His daughter eloped with a human cleric from Wendel and consumed their union despite the Elder's objections.
	Flammie	Celestial Peak	"Known as the Winged Defender, Flammie is said to protect the mountains and sky. She's actually a cute, young dragon who really likes her new name."
	Mana Goddess	Sanctuary of Mana	The creator of Fa'Diel. She underwent a deep slumber after imprisoning the eight Benevodons that laid waste to the land. A recent shift in Mana power threatened her livelyhood which prompted her emissaries to venture into the human world to find the Chosen who would save the world.

	Ponta	Astoria	The sole survivor of the Beastmen's invasion of Astoria. It seems to watch over its master's grave.
	Von Soir	Maia	Von Boyage's sister who tends the house. She seems to be the more down-to-earth of the siblings.
	Von Jour	Valsena	Von Boyage's identical twin residing in Valsena. He claims to be a much better cannon shooter than his brother.
	Mercie	Heavensway	Von Boyage's cousin and a master of disguise. She helps the heroes blasting them back to Beiser.
	Trader	Beiser	A shady merchant found in Beiser's Night Market. He sold a child to a man with red eyes.
	Aurora Sisters	Beiser	Famed entertainers of the Night Market, the Aurora Sisters are a female trio of attractive dancers.
	Phony Fortune-Teller	Beiser	This fortune-teller can be found in Beiser's Black Market. She can swap Trainig Points.
	Matelo	Beiser	Matelo is a supernatural enthusiast living in Beiser who dreams of exploring the Ghost Ship.
	Sirhtan Rich Man	Sirhtan	A greedy merchant from Sirhtan who's been swindling the locals. Hawkeye got his payback in his opening gambit.
	Chikeeta	???	A black female Catfolk. Together with her partner Josephine, she was once friends with Niccolo. She specializes in selling weapons.
	Josephine	???	An orange female Catfolk. Together with her partner Josephine, she was once friends with Niccolo. She specializes in selling armor.
	Fortune-Teller	Various	These elderly women are both found in Valsena and Alrant. They can provide insight in someone's future.
TBA	Mana Stone Researcher	Pedda	A scholar living in the Ancient Capital of Pedda. He has dedicated his research in locating the Darkstone.
	Jadd Noble	Jadd Stronghold	The ruler of Jadd Stronghold. He was jailed following the Ferolian invasion.
	Skipper	Various	Sea-faring men attending the various ports of Fa'Diel. They will let the protagonists hop aboard their vessel for a few lucre.
