A Cyclops is a boss in Final Fantasy Adventure and its direct remake Adventures of Mana.
Overview[edit]
Midway through Crooked Boulder, the protagonist discovers a large demon swinging a spiked ball waiting for him in a corner. He earns the Morningstar by felling the hideous creature, necessary weapon to defeat the Golem blocking the way further down the path.
In the original Game Boy game, the Cyclops keeps to its right, then charges up before striking in a straight line with its spiked ball.
In Adventures of Mana, the Cyclops keeps the same attack pattern and mostly remains to the right side of the arena. Defeating it will reward the player with the Cyclops Slasher achievement.
