A Manta Ray is an enemy in Final Fantasy Adventure and its direct remake Adventures of Mana.
Overview[edit]
The Manta Ray is a regular enemy found around Palmy Desert, the Ammonite Coast and Floatrocks. It has good attack and defense power and can even poison the protagonist on contact. It yields good experience and Gold pieces. Defeating the Manta Ray may earn Sumo with the Thunderbolt item.
In Adventures of Mana, Manta Rays move slower.
