A Griffin Hand is an enemy in Final Fantasy Adventure and its direct remake Adventures of Mana.
Overview[edit]
The Griffin Hand is a peculiar-looking foe that can be sighted around the Palmy Desert, on the Ammonite Coast and the Floatrocks. It has high HP and attack power, its claws even be able to turn the hero into a Moogle. It goes down easily when attacked with axes and yield good amount of Gold pieces. The Griffin Hand is the only monster able to drop the Diamond Dice item after being slain.
In Adventures of Mana, Griffin Hands jump lower but farther than their previous appearance.
