The Dark Lich is one of the three final bosses in Trials of Mana.

Note: When Dark Lich's HP falls below 50%, he will start using Barrier Change. He will switch between 3 configurations. You can tell his weakness by the color of its center orb.

Bony Clap* Claps his hands together to attack party members in a wide range.
Luminous Crux* A wide range sweeping attack. It occurs very quickly and is difficult to avoid.
Sacred Blast A giant beam attack on the entire arena. If you don't avoid it by jumping or dodging, you'll take damage.
Diamond Shards+ Deals earth damage to party members within range.
Cyclone+ Deals wind damage to party members within range.
Ice Smash+ Deals water damage to party members within range.
Fierball+ Deals fire damage to party members within range.
Evil Gate+ Deals dark damage to party members within range.
Lucent Beam Deals light magic damage to party members within range. There are two types: one that fires in a straight line and one that generates a pillar of light.
Dark Force Deals dark damage to party members within range.
Lava Wave Deals fire magic damage to party members within range. Chance of inflicting the burning status.
Cold Blaze Deals water magic damage to party members within range. Chance of inflicting the freezing status.
Stone Cloud Deals earth magic damage to party members within range. Chance of inflicting the petrifying status.
Stun Gust Deals wind magic damage to party members within range. Chance of inflicting the silence status.
Dark Rain Deals dark damage to party members within range.
Shackles Deals light magic damage to party members within range. Chance of inflicting the moogle status.
Barrage Sting Deals wood magic damage to party members within range.
Malice Emits a black mist that lingers for a while. If you touch it, it will cause heavy damage (about 650 HP).
Rocksmash A tracking attack where rocks fall from the air.
Summon Demon Summons a demon on the arena. There is a high probability of performing Rocksmash right after.
Summon Dark Wizard Summons a dark wizard on the arena.
Wall Reflects magical attack back at party members once. Used only when at 50% HP or less.
Meteor Volley Dark Lich's strongest attack. It draws you in with its tentacles and makes you incapacitated for a few seconds. After that, 8 continuous damage (about 400 HP total).
Barrier Change Changes its weaknesses & its resistances between 3 configurations.
Southern Slice Massive damage to the whole area (about 800 HP). Interrupted after destroying all orbs.
