Todo Village is a location in Secret of Mana. It's a settlement populated by Walruskers. It is connected to the Frozen Forest to the west. It costs 50 GP to stay at the inn.
The party first visit the town while searching for the next Mana Seed after meeting King Truffle in Matango.
