Ferrik is one of the four main protagonists of Children of Mana and a recurring character in the Mana series. Ferrik is a fifteen-year old boy with long orange hair and green eyes, and he is usually seen wearing blue overalls. His weapon of choice is the Sword. Ferrik has mostly balanced stats, having the second highest attack and the third lowest magic ability.

Background

Ferrik is a young boy who originally lived in Wendel before he fled to Mana Village on Illusia Isle during the Great Calamity 10 years ago. He lost his parents during the tragedy, just like the other protagonists. His father was a captain in the Holy Infantry of Wendel and is depicted a fearless swordsman by Moti. He wishes to become a skilled knight just like his father and the unnamed knight who saved him, and is since undergoing training lessons from Moti.

General information

Physical appearance

Ferrik is a teenage boy with green eyes and long flowy red hair tied in a ponytail, with one lock dyed in blue, green, and white. His torso is covered with a sleeveless leather top and a long cloth adorned with fringes and red jagged border. He sports a wide blue knee-length skirt overlayered with several pieces of tan leather. His legs are covered with wide striped pants tapered aroud the calves. Finally, he wears tan soles with swirly patterns.

Personality

The young boy is often depicted as hot-headed and impulsive. He wants to be the best swordsman around and is quite single-minded on training all the time with Moti. He is also shown deeply caring about Tess.

Profile and statistics

Ferrik is largely a well balanced fighter with strong average stats overall. Despite this, he is geared towards combat the most having the second highest attack and the third lowest magic ability. His weapon of choice is the sword. He is considered to be one of the best starter characters along with Tamber.
