The Cancun Bird is a minor supporting character in Legend of Mana and a recurring character in the Mana series.
Background
350 years of age, the Cancun Bird is a mysterious bird behemoth which resides on the peaks of Gato Grottoes. With a body that measures up to 22 metres in length, the Cancun Bird is able to carry up to three individuals on its back, a fact that sees it being used as the protagonist's main form of transport to and from Lucemia in Heaven's Gate.

The Flame of Hope
A sproutling complains of his aching belly to a nun in Gato Grottoes. It looks like he's been infected with a Popo Bug parasite. The nun wants to take it and sell it for a pretty penny.
